These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Perspective Windows & Doors (“Perspective,” “we,” “us”), a licensed window and door contractor in Phoenix, Arizona (ROC #365250).

1. Program description

When you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about the request you submitted — replies to your inquiry, your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-up about the work you asked us about. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our contact form or another form on this website, or by texting us first at (480) 506-8189. We only text numbers that have opted in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to get a quote or buy anything from us. If you leave the box unchecked, we will simply reply by phone or email instead.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages while we are working on your request. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop sending texts to that number. You may also call us at (480) 506-8189 or email info@perspectivewindow.com to be removed.

6. Supported carriers and delivery

Our program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, coverage, or carrier.

7. Your mobile number and privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use service providers to operate the program on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
