These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of perspectivewindow.com and your request for services from Perspective Windows & Doors (“Perspective,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a licensed Arizona window and door contractor, ROC #365250, serving the Phoenix metropolitan area.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or requesting a quote or walkthrough, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.

2. Use of this website

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to view this site for the purpose of learning about and requesting our services. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or submit to the site;
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Quotes, estimates and pricing

Prices and figures shown on this site are estimates for information only and are not offers or binding contracts. Pricing depends on measurements, site conditions, product selection, permitting, and other factors we can only confirm in person.

Window replacement

Our published price of $899 per standard window, installed, applies to a standard-size window of up to 120 united inches (width + height + depth) and is subject to a three-window minimum. Larger, specialty, custom-shape, and non-standard windows are quoted separately. Structural repairs, rot, stucco or drywall repair, and other conditions discovered during work are not included in that price.

Wall cut-outs and multipanel doors

Wall cut-out projects are quoted individually after an on-site walkthrough, because each opening requires its own structural engineering, permitting, framing, and finish work. No cut-out price is fixed until set out in a signed written agreement.

No price is binding until it appears in a written agreement signed by both you and Perspective. That signed agreement controls over anything on this website, in any advertisement, or in any verbal statement.

4. Service area

We provide services in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area only — including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Arcadia, and Paradise Valley. We do not currently serve areas outside Phoenix metro. Submitting a request does not obligate us to provide service at a given address.

5. Free walkthrough and scheduling

We offer a free, no-obligation on-site walkthrough to measure and provide a firm price. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We ask that an adult owner or an authorised decision-maker for the property be present. We may reschedule for weather, safety, or scheduling reasons, and you may cancel or reschedule at no cost by contacting us.

6. Agreements, payment and cancellation

Any work we perform is governed by the separate written agreement you sign for that project, which sets out scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, and cancellation terms. Nothing on this website changes or replaces that agreement. Where Arizona or federal law gives you a right to cancel a signed home-improvement contract within a set period, that right applies regardless of anything in these Terms.

7. Warranties

Window products we install carry a lifetime product warranty on the terms set out in the manufacturer’s written warranty. Wall cut-out projects carry a two-year workmanship warranty from Perspective. The applicable written warranty document governs coverage, exclusions, transferability, and the claims process.

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or written warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any warranty or right you have that cannot be limited under Arizona law.

8. Licensing and your recourse

Perspective Windows & Doors is a licensed, bonded and insured Arizona contractor, ROC #365250. Arizona residential contractors are regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you may contact the Registrar of Contractors at roc.az.gov. Complaints must be filed within the time limits set by Arizona law.

9. Calls, texts and email

When you submit a form and agree to be contacted, we may call, text, and email you about your request. Text messaging is covered by our SMS Terms — texts may be automated, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Photos, reviews and project images

Photographs on this site depict our own completed work or representative product imagery. Individual results, finishes, and site conditions vary. We may photograph completed work for our portfolio; tell us in writing if you prefer we do not use images of your property.

11. Intellectual property

The Perspective Windows & Doors name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written consent.

12. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

13. Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is.” We aim to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or continuously available. Content on this site is general information about our services and is not professional engineering, construction, or legal advice for your specific property.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits our obligations under a signed project agreement, our written warranties, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Arizona law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless a signed project agreement provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and the version posted here applies to your use of the site.
